This is a course that helps you use appropriate language and soft skills in everyday situations at work where you encounter colleagues and clients casually without prior arrangement or when you prepare for or attend a scheduled meeting.
It’s a very unique blend of Business English, language as grammar, structure & vocabulary, conversational skills, negotiation skills, business etiquette, public speaking, emotional intelligence and anger management. The course also covers important self-development books.
At the end of this course, learners would be able to use suitable language as well as display professional positive behavior on casual business encounters on one hand; and they would have understood and acquired both language and skills essential to conduct or attend a successful meeting and make strong public speeches.
