Course Overview
This is an intensive course designed for learners starting from CEFR A2. Its main mission is to help learners produce a highly effective range of correspondences. Such process essentially integrates meticulous use of language tools alongside with implementation of appropriate soft skills like communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation, team work…. Alongside with Business Etiquette. All is then complimented by the use of a variety of innovative business expressions and phrases suitable to each category of recipients.
The course falls in four parts

Language Functions
Cures language malfunctioning of writers by fixing all integral parts of language necessary for clear message delivery like correct use of tenses, punctuation, sentence structuring, correct formation of paragraphs and so on. -
Expressions & Trerminology
Trains students to use a variety of elevated business expressions, phrasal verbs & idioms to be used in each kind of correspondence. Using such language doesn’t only take writing to a higher level but is also time-effective and helps the reader grasp information more efficiently. -
Soft Skills
Coaches students on using communication skills to deliver their thoughts in a professionally accepted way to readers bearing in consideration the nature of the message and where the writer stands from the speaker which in turns specifies the tone. This is the part where learners train to and practice emotional intelligence, anger management, negotiation and business etiquette. -
Structuring Different Mail Types
Trains students to different categories of correspondences and the difference between them in structure and trains them to produce the right form of each type of correspondence like requests, clarification, bad or good news, refusing requests, pointing out mistakes, apologies, invitations and so on. Students learn to write in a way that helps the reader to understand exactly their points of view and intentions which in turn saves them a substantial amount of misunderstanding and is therefore time-effective. In this phase, learners also learn methods of addressing individuals in proper language at work; like addressing superiors, subordinates and peers. They also practice writing different forms of reports like graph reports.
The course takes learners through the topics they will need to succeed in business. It covers a wide variety of topics from emails and letters to meeting minutes and agendas. The progressive syllabus ensures learners will improve their overall knowledge and ability in writing.
The course is designed in the form of workshops
Each workshop covers one type of correspondence starting by language used in this type of writing, followed by sentence and paragraph writing; then soft skills and then all is mirrored in writing emails and reports.
